DAY NINETEEN
At 9:00 o’clock in the evening I got a new cookbook in the mail today, while Anna was laying on the floor after getting home from work, trying desperately to pretend that it’s not 90-something degrees and that she doesn’t need an AC unit.

At 9:20 in the evening it was day one of watching Jeannie’s cat Boo, while Anna was having a beer, writing some letters, and watching game 6 of the Stanley Cup finals after a long day at work!
